We recently announced that BeAxi is iOS 11 ready (which it is! 😉 ). Unfortunately, we had to observe that in some cases, PushNotifications are not received properly by the app as part of an iOS bug (more technical information can be found here: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/79734). As a consequence there may be cases where an iOS device cannot be properly locked and unlocked via PushMessages. This issue has been raised to Apple and we will provide updates once we get more information. As a workaround, customers who experience this issue can use either local device locking/unlocking or “Auto-Lock” functionality functionality (introduced in BeAxi 10.2) to securely lock the iPad.
